FB.com domain was purchased from American Farm Bureau $8.5 million by one of the famous social-networking site, Facebook.com.
This will be used as the domain for internal email addresses now that the Facebook Messages were parked on Facebook.com. It was first revealed on November last year but Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg didn’t reveal the price that time.
You can now try using fb.com instead of facebook.com. It's much shorter and much better. :)
