I encountered this error when i'm trying to install games with more than 500kb in my samsung champ. And this is what you need to do.
On your samsung champ, dial *#52828378# then go to OTA Test then set the maximum jar size from 500 to 2000. And don't forget to save changes. Then install your games again.
